Iwata Belt and Hakama

I believe most of us who train Aikido very long will dream of having this brand :) Is like a must use brand to me, at least that is what i feel. Is like once a life must go Aikido Hombu to train, so an Iwata Belt or Iwata Hakama is one of the things most of us hope to have it with us :)

What is so good about it, maybe is near hombu so everyone will go there to buy, maybe cause everyone is buying so we hope to have one. I just found of this clip online, take a look, maybe this is the real reason behind it, why everyone will have an Iwata Belt or Iwata Hakama :)

Aikido Shiju-kai JB weapon seminar 6th Anniversary and Annual Dinner

Our 6th Anniversary in JB, is the 1st time i helping to oversee and arranging the whole event together with my friends so much invlovement in it :) , is a wonderful experience, most of Hibana Bushidoo students and Sensehi Aikido students took part, thou very few students from the other group, but i'm happy that some of the students and friends from Aikido Shinju-kai SG side come to take part in it :)

My 1st time giving a 30 min seminar class of my own :) too bad my photo was not taken lol, but lots of photo for me as Uke for Sensei Philip Lee, i feel v honour about it :) Here is some photo i had for you all to see and share :) Most of the photo is still not out in fb :)

Hibana Bushidoo 1st Aikido trial class 2010

Here is some of the photo taken during Hibana Bushidoo 1st Aikido trial class, i was worry that no one turn up on that day, but lucky for me in the end there are some visitor and helper turn up for it, we manage to get our 1st batch of students there, the dojo is still growing, thou some of them no longer train with us, but i'm happy some continue and there is still intake for new students. The fire inside me will not stop, we'll try our best to promote Aikido in Jb :)

My 1st public demo in Singapore 2008

My 1st public demo in Singapore year 2008, that time i was still a 1st kyu, the demo was lead by Chief instructor Felix Tan from Senshi Aikido, i was an aikido student then, now i'm having my own dojo taking care of Hibana Bushidoo, one of the dojo i set up for Aikido in JB (Johor Bahru) Malaysia. Is was a fun time that time, we are one of the group representing Malaysia to take care in the Demo for Aikido Shinju-kai 20th anniversary :) So happy to find back this clip, remainig of all the pass happy moment.

Batam Aikido Visit

This is my 2nd visit to Batam Aikido Club :) my 1st visit was many years ago when i'm still a 2nd kyu i guess, this round visit was different :) is my visit to the Cheif Instructor of Batam Aikido Club wedding held in Batam. So i meet at with former Aikido Shinju-kai instructor at Batam to attend the wedding function and give an Aikido Class over there as a visit training, thou only 2 of us representing Aikido Shinju-kai from Singapore and Johor Bahru (JB) we had some wonderful time training over there. Hope to have my 3rd visit next time when i'm free :)
